High-level event - 6 February 2009

This seminar served as a kick-off event with a focus on framing the wider policy context for energy and climate security, food and water security, and international institutional reform, in relation to the current economic crisis. The topics were considered from a risk management perspective and the role of early warning measures will be touched upon.
